Every product you order at Show Off, The Store! is an individual item, manufactured by hand for you. Due to this unique process, not all items are eligible for refund or exchange. If an item you ordered is defective, damaged or misprinted, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that are deemed an error on our part at our expense. At this time refunds and/or exchanges are not available for buyers remorse or incorrect size orders. Please make sure you refer to the product description and size chart before making your purchase.
To submit a claim, send an email to email@example.com with your order number and “SUBMIT A CLAIM” in the email title. To expedite your claim quickly, please include these following items in your email:
- Description of the issue
- A photo attachment (.jpg) of the issue, if possible
- Order number
- Specific item on order if multiple items
Please contact customer service immediately upon receiving your order if you believe the product(s) to be damaged or defective. All claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We kindly ask you to hold on to all merchandise and original packaging until you correspond with a Show Off representative.
It is important to contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to make a change to your order, change your shipping address, or cancel your order. Please note that once an order begins production, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order. We recommend checking your order confirmation email right away to ensure everything is correct.
